It was revealed earlier this week that Joe Biden stored classified documents in his vice-presidential office at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington D.C. and in the garage of his Delaware residence.
Rep. Jordan asked for all documents and communications referring or relating to the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Hur.
Jordan also asked for all documents and communications between or among the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, or the Executive Office of the President referring to or relating to material with classified markings found at the Penn Biden Center and the Biden residence in Wilmington, Delaware.
Attorney General Merrick Garland has until January 27th to respond.
