The elections in this country are neither fair nor free.
Perhaps, once upon a time, we did have somewhat fair elections, but that ship has long sailed and it left our shores far before the 2020 election cycle.
Publicity is merely casting a light on a problem that has existed for what seems like ages now and has only gotten worse with time—the problems have always been here.
Harris County, Texas has become one of the latest to come under investigation for election misconduct—the officials there allegedly seem to have no idea how to administer elections…
One woman shared her account:
If this does not make your blood boil about how Harris County’s elections department conducted our election, I don’t know what will.

Governor Abbott has since called for an investigation into Harris County’s election procedures—citing potential criminal conduct:
I’m calling for an investigation into the widespread problems with the Harris County elections last Tuesday.
The allegations of election improprieties in our state’s largest county may result from anything ranging from malfeasance to blatant criminal conduct.

Just The News reports:
The county in question includes the city of Houston, a major metropolitan area represented in Washington by several different congressional districts that include part of the county’s boundaries.
Abbott pointed to “missing keys, insufficient paper ballots in Republican precincts, staffing problems,” and other issues that plagued voters throughout the electoral process.
23 precincts in Harris County ran out of paper for voting and all 23 are Republican stronghold precincts. That doesn’t happen by chance that comes by cheating.

According to The Epoch Times:
The Harris County GOP on Monday announced a lawsuit against local election officials in a bid to expose what they say are systemic issues with how county officials have been running elections.
“We’re doing this in order to shed light on what has been happening, how Harris County actually runs their elections,” said Harris County GOP Chair Cindy Siegel at a press conference.
